These track mount loops are super handy to use on my kayak. It seems I always need to loop something around the boat somewhere, and there's no great place to do it. Now with these loops, I can connect my fishing stringer so easily! Or I can loop the lanyard of my protective phone case through it to prevent accidental overboard drops. Lots of uses! Just a great thing to have in case you need it on your kayak.

This is a set of six sets of tie down eyelets designed for kayak track rails. Each set consists of a high quality stainless steel eyelet with M6 threading, a stainless steel flat M6 nut, a stainless steel washer and one rubber o-ring. The o-ring helps to resist the eyelet from unthreading. The set is designed is fit in a standard kayak track rail (not included). Use these eyelets to quickly add, reposition or remove convenient tie down points around the hull of your kayak. These can also be used on canoes, row boats or power boats.Would recommend these to anyone.

Smaller than I would like, but good enough. Fastener is metric, not the US 1/4" standard for kayak tracks.

Got these for our kayaks and they are very well-built and have some weight to them. They could be used as a weight when throwing a line out to someone as well. Always great to have multiple purposes for something.

I recently bought a 3rd kayak; this one being hard-shell. With the other two, one is inflatable and one is hard-shell. I learned with the first hard-shell how much these eyelets make a difference. Just obtaining the new one means I get to stock up again. I mainly use them for tying down to my roof rack. They make it so much easier because I am short, and it's hard to reach to strap it around once. I can use them and secure each side independently. I still recommend going around it at least once and securing the bow and stern. I love having extra places to secure cargo depending on where I am going. These eyelets are very nice. Make sure you have a track system to put them in. Also, six for $9.99 is a good price. I recommend you get some, and then one more.

With everything I have tethered in my yak, paddle, anchor pole, phone, pliers, bump board, etc., I needed a spot to attach them all to. These work almost perfectly; carabiners clip on and off the eyelet easily. I'm sure these eyelets would be perfect for the majority of kayak rail systems, but I, like many others, have FeelFree yaks with the uni-track rail system. Uni-track rail is a little wider than other rail systems, thus the supplied stainless steel washer is not large enough in diameter to span the top width of my rails. 24mm OD washers work great, and I have a stash, so I swapped out the supplied washers with them. And now I'm a happy yaker; all my tethers terminate on one side of my yak, and on the same rail.

These fit my kayaks slot rail. They seem sturdy, didn't cost much, and add tie downs for the kayak.
