Velcro really?? sides are held on by velcro which does not adhere well to porcelain in a wet environment. The side is always laying on the floor. The seat is cheap as well and doesn't stay straight and moves to the side. The handle has started to stick. This was installed by a plumber and we have had it less than 6 mths. A disappointment for Toto all around.

I really want to give this toilet a good review but after having 5 of these in our new construction I have to say I am very disappointed. I was really happy I found a TOTO toilet that is easy to clean from the outside. However, a few months later, the side panels on these toilets started peeling off. They are literally just glued on and fall off daily. All five of them! This is quite embarrassing since even our guests noticed. I don't have any ideas how to correct it since obviously the porcelain is not holding the glue that is used by the factory. I attached images, so you can judge for yourself. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

I was so excited to receive this, because my freind had the same model. Or I thought the design was the same but, even though the numbers matched, I felt there was not enough room on the seat, like hers had. Anyhow, I still love the unit, but it was not easy to install, by any means... It took a very long time to get this stabilized and secured. There were some areas that were difficult to reach with the tools, on the side...

The Good - toilet flushing capacity is very good, the CeFiONtect coating works extremely wellThe Bad - NO Customer support the toilet had a silver stain on the top of the rim. I purchased at FW webb they offered no support at all, they told me to call toto, toto asked for photos which i sent now toto stopped communicating with me.Update - after no response from toto or fw webb I decided to use a polish to see if I could remove some of the stain, I removed most of it but am left with some discoloration. Very bad customer support from both companies.

Disappointed overall, never received the warranty, noisy flush, underside of toilet seat a nightmare to clean. The outside is smooth and easy to clean.
