We bought this product for my husband to be comfortable after back surgery. It was a good idea, but it wouldn’t stick as directed. To make it work, I used Velcro. That worked for a little while. Now it’s mostly fallen down. Sometimes into the toilet!

After barely two weeks of use, this item became splashed with rusty-looking stains. Not just possible urine splashes, because some of them were on the top of the item. Ugly to look at and basically unusable. Disappointing, because the concept is unique and potentially a good back-reliever.
