I did need some time to figure out the installation. But it works perfectly for my ebike in the end. I think it was made for standard bike. It is quite small, suitable for kid.

The first time I ordered they came without the bolts to attach to the bike and this time even the pegs themselves don’t have a bolts!!! Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY!!!

I wa looking for somthing for my little boy to put his feet on whilst on the back of my electric bike I tryed many different ones from amazon as well as bike shops and nothing would fit correct due to either the motor or disc breaks or parts of the footrest being to thick to securely attach to my bike, I was about to give up and then found these, and they fitted. Realy strong, easy to put on solid and folds up out of the way if needed. My little one love them as much as I do and it makes it easyer not having his legs accidentally touching the wheel every now and again. I would recoment this product and would definitely buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for my Gotrax e-bike. Very easy install, hardest part was choosing which of the provided screws to use.

I appreciated the inclusion of the tools needed to install. Came with Two Allen hex wrench’s in two sizes. I did need an end wrench for the nut. No written instructions were included, tho. ( Just see the photos on the Amazon site.). I installed these using a bolt hole on the bike that was meant to fasten the fender support bracket rod end. These holes are for a small bolt. And one I needed was included, with nut & washers. Internally there is a small ball, that seems to be under pressure. And that ball locates itself into one of two holes of a thin side plate fit into the hinge area. It is meant to hold the foot peg in the chosen position. NOW THIS “FOOT REST” IS JUST THAT. I DON’T BELIEVE THAT THE SMALL BOLT CAN SUPPORT MUCH PRESSURE, OR WEIGHT. Definitely DO NOT STAND on it. Only option I found that would fit the rear of our RAD POWER “RAD MINI” E-BIKE. As the motor power wire fits thru the axle bolt. We’ll see how well it holds up.

Bought two of the Lectric XP 2.0 st models last Christmas and we love them. I've added a couple of bolt-ons on mine; the most recent is a pair of rear footpegs and a rear seat. It makes sense--the XP can carry an extraordinary amount of weight (330lbs, I think) and the luggage rack in back is rated for 75lbs, which is plenty for most little ones. On top of that, I early on swapped an 11-34 freewheel for the stock 14-28 one, so I have a lower first gear if needed. These footpegs are beefy and bolt on with the included allen screws. One of them was a bit rattle-ly when folded but adjusting the pivot allen screw fixed that. The seat is cheap but waterproof. I suppose I could screw it on to the rear rack, but as it is the mounting screws protrude about an inch from underneath and I simply place it on the permanently-mounted folding basket and secure it with my two bungee cords and it's good to go. And a child's behind is well back of the cords, so no discomfort from them. Total cost for the mod: about $35.I don't yet know if there will be a need for a baffle to keep little shoes from getting caught in the spokes. If necessary, easy to fabricate out of clear rigid plastic and a few zip ties.I rode analog bikes extensively for much of my younger life. Now I'm a bit older but I find these machines to be extraordinary and am still surprised at their low cost. And now I can take a young passenger along.

I installed this into my Lectric XP 2.0 electric bike so my kids can have a proper footrest when riding on the back. I installed into the holes that secure the rear rack and fender near the rear axle. I needed to get two M6-1.0 X 30mm screws from Home D (the package has 25 mm screws, which aren’t long enough to go through the foot rest, fender, and rack attachment points; 35 mm screws will interfere with the chain on that side). Sturdy and secure once installed. Note: there is a little shim that surprised me when it fell out upon taking the mechanism apart for installation. This shim has holes that create detents for a ball bearing is n the body to catch and keep the footrest in folded or extended position. Clever design and easy to put back in; just giving everyone a warning as it’s dropping out was unexpected. 4-stars for installation. 5-stars for everything else.

Even using the longest screw, its not long enough to install both bicycle rack and peg in the same hole.I've mounted the pegs on the rack frame with my own big washer. The flip close/open mechanism feel rather weak with a small metal ball and thin plate.
