Mine leaked horribly around all the bolts. I had to take the front of the motor off and water pump and put gasket sealer. Remove each bowl gasket sealer on it and put it back in.

I had an engine that didn't come with the timing cover. So I bought this one to put on it. It worked and it's there. It needs the rubber seal to be siliconed in. I typically only silicone at the corners of the pan gasket to the rubber seal. Did that on this one and had a constant drip coming from right at the bottom. Corners didn't leak at all. Has to remove the pan and silicone both sides of the rubber seal and reinstall it. Then no leaks. Chrome/aftermarket stuff is always a pain. I should have known.

I ordered this cover and it was super to come with gaskets. And bolts. So I returned it and reordered it. Now I received the second one and now it has the gaskets but no bolts. Not happy. I can’t wait for a 3 rd order so I will have to get the bolts locally. Sucks when you don’t get what you paid for.
