I couldn't get one of many questions answered they referred me to thetford eu. which is email onlythe toilet requires a wall bracket. the manual states mount the wall bracket but it does not give dimensions. the usa thetford coustomer service could not help me. the toilet requires a cut out in the wall and thetford could not give me the dimensions of the cutout. The toilet i got did not have the pigatil and there was no water connection.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THETFORD
