My daughter does swimming practices in an outside pool, so this parka is perfect for the cooler months. I evaluated some brand name swimming parkas, but they were all quite thin and, while better than nothing, I would not consider them exceptionally warm. Then I came across this parka - and it's perfect. It is thick, it is warm and it is soft. It is able to keep my daughter warm even in the 40-50F degree weather, which is exactly what I was looking for. In terms of size - this is definitely more of an adult size. I'm 5'10" and this parka reaches my knees. My daughter is 4'4" and this park is just barely off the ground for her. This is perfect, again, because it minimizes the amount of cold draft coming from below.For $90 at the time of purchase (and now on sale for $69), it is also cheaper than most other similar parkas out there, not to mention the brand names. Overall a great find and highly recommended to keep yourself or your child warm after swimming.P.S.: I can see it also being quite useful as a wearable blanket for camping or for other chilly nights activities.

I wore this to a chiily nighttime football game ans a stadium coat and it was so snuggly and comfortable, and happened to be one of team colors. It is a different design that many swim parkas, but does the job comfortably. The unisex one-size fits all design is nice, because it can be shared by different household family members if desired. I am pleased with this item.
