I love that these staplers have a built in staple remover. It’s great that they are made in Oregon, USA!

I had this stapler before but someone broke itand repair was not an optionI was happy to order another but the seller of this item incorporated a courier service that was very poor —hence my stapler has not arrived at time frame indicatedThe poor 2 star rating is due to the flaw in delivery—the stapler is terrific!! and I wouldrecommendJa’Nell M Brenner

What's not to like with the Oregon Stapler? Smooth to the press, perfect staples every time, easy to reload, and affordable. It is great for teachers or anyone in an office who staples many documents regularly. The quality is also outstanding, as it feels heavy and well-built.

I have used this stapler all year, with my copper staples, and everyone in the office comes to my desk to staple their stuff!! Works TOO good! I keep telling them to buy their own. They have cheaply made staplers that break and jam. This one will ALWAYS be working. AND be retro cool.

Since forever, I've had a vintage stapler that belonged to my grandfather. And it was great. And then my kids broke it. Don't worry, they're OK. So I went and bought the first stapler I came across and brought it home, and it was awful! Absolute POC. Took ten tries to get a staple through three sheets of paper :(So I wised up, looked at a few reviews, but mostly... wanted something made in the US, so that if it didn't work, I could call up their office and get the problem fixed! This was the Oregon Stapler I bought, and it is GREAT!! Works every single time with zero effort, seems solidly built and-- dare I say it?-- it is easier and nicer to use than my old vintage model, and only cost a few dollars more than the garbage stapler I got last time. It really pays to do your homework!Buy this one first, and you'll only have to buy ONE stapler!

I love the bright red color of this stapler. My desk is a bit messy -- well, it's a lot messy -- so it is quick and easy to find this when I need it. I have been using a mini-stapler, but I kept losing it and it started to pop open every time I used it. I bought this just for casual home use, so it's not like it's going to get industrial-level usage, but it is solid, it works right every time and in case I need a quick weapon to smack somebody over the head, this is plenty hefty to do the job and not even get bent. (Just kidding. I'm not really the violent type.)

I’ve used the stapler approximately 10 times and it doesn’t work anymore. Not impressed.

Staplers seem like a simple thing; they either work or don't.I can't stand staplers jamming on me or failing to staple, so when I went to buy one, I knew what my candidates were: Swingline (down in quality since their glory days), Ace (I inherited a bunch of sixty year old Ace Pilots, but they're getting frail, and good luck finding a new one for sale), or El Casco (bit pricey. Just a bit.)You can imagine my surprise when I saw this pop up in a google search. An american stapler? $15?Yes, it is. And the pictures don't do its die-cast, powder-coated shape justice. It's a paragon of good engineering, removing some complexity and problem spots that show up in a Swingline, and yet managing a more solid feel, better ergonomics, and an easier stapling action. It's far handsomer viewed down low than the vendor's pictures suggest, and also holds in the hand a lot better than expected: the powdercoat and good rubber base mean it takes very little hand pressure to hold it upright. It's easy to load staples; It clicks open easily but once clicked back shut, is very reliably closed. The ergonomic downside: it's slightly tippy, side-to-side. Not noticeably so, but I knocked it over on my desk accidentally, a minor irritation for sure.So how does it work?Pretty darn good. I took some cardboard from the packaging and stapled it together with the supplied staples. Then I did it again, in the same spot, fifteen or twenty times. As advertised, it just wouldn't jam, and it worked easily even with staples stacked atop one another. The bottom line:If the heavier-than-normal gauge springs or the copper anodized follower or the excellent finish of the castings are any indication, Praxxis will be selling these staplers, and lots of them, for a long time to come.
