Pretty easy to assemble and put on. Once it's on (wearing over boxer briefs and under training shorts), you forget that you're wearing anything. Stays in place well.

I've taken a few hard kicks and knees with this cup on while sparring in Muay Thai and I've had no problems. Its comfortable to wear (I have worn it for over 3 hours at a time) and I like how you can just wear it over your normal underwear.

Best cup I’ve ever tried - comfortable without chafing and fully adjustable. I don’t even notice it when sparring. Very good protection as well! Definitely a good choice

Perfect! Followed the simple diagrams to loop the elastic strings and straps. Tried it on over my boxer briefs then made tightening adjustments. I was utterly impressed- stayed securely put and still no matter what movement I did. Threw several dozens of different kicks, squatted, rolled, and jumped around… no matter what this cup stayed where it was supposed to be. I got so confident and comfortably with it within a few minutes, it felt like it was part of me. Good protection, too as knocking and hitting it transferred no pain. Only thing to say is if you’re an adult movie star, go for another brand that makes something XXL. This is medium/large, closer to a medium size fit for all. Great product. If ever needing another one, I’ll go for this style again, no doubt.

This Cup is top of the line.I use it for Muay Thai. It's extremely light and it's simple, but effective strap systemfixes the cup rocksolid in one position. It's so light you forget you wear it sometimes. And it's built like a tank: Even when I get a full on Teep to the groin, minimal to no impact pain at all.The little bag in which you keep the cup & also can wash it in, is a genius little ad on, that makes a good product perfect.Only one thing - minor: You should wear tight boxers under. If you wear a small slip that is smaller than the Cup's outline, it might shuffle a little on the skin. But it's not an issue at all when wearing Boxers. All in All: Best Cup I ever owned, worth the money 100%!

I have been using the Thai Cup 2.0 for 6 months now for Taekwondo and a bit of Hapkido and BJJ.Usage: I wear the cup every practice over Adidas athletic boxer briefs. There can be a little bunching of the briefs caused by the elastic leg straps - a small annoyance. Additionally, the cup can press into the lower abdomen during crunches and any bent over stretch which can limit motion in that direction. However, the cup stays in place and after getting used to the pressure between my upper thighs during crossing steps it does not interfere with kicking motions at all. I don't really notice it during kicking drills. The most important part of the review: It works! I've taken about six kicks to the groin during practice and sparring. The force is well distributed by the cup to the extreme lower abdomen and area surrounding the groin. I know I've been hit and it usually takes a moment to shake off the effect of the blow, but there is no long lasting radiating pain. I consider it highly effective - a hit is only a little worse than taking a strong kick to the outer thigh, a lot less painful and debilitating than a clean shot to the solar-plexus or unprotected groin.Other notes: Initial adjustment was easy following the video provided by the manufacturer. There was a little fine-tuning of the fit needed, and I have needed to re-tighten the waist strap twice in 6 months of use. The leg loops so far have been set and forget. The interference with crunch type movement can be off-putting. I am 5'7" and 150 Lbs. and on me it can really dig into the lower abdominal wall and can press on my bladder. On that note, make sure you are empty before putting it on. It is a bit of a hassle performing a pit stop when geared up. Lastly, it can be bit of a pain for grappling partners: it creates an uncomfortable pressure point during rear mount - especially if you dig in hooks and extend with your legs -thrusting pelvis forward. And be careful performing arm bars where you pull between the legs - make sure you guide your partners arm "south" below the cup or you will have a ton of leverage to do some real damage.Overview: Very Effective Protection and the most comfortable guard I've tried. Yes, you know you're wearing one, but it is the most effective type of protection because you will be wearing it rather than leaving it in your equipment bag.

He usado otras dos previamente.

Good (if pricey) alternative to a steel cup. It is usually more comfortable, a touch more breathable, and it doesn't require a between-the-cheeks strap compared to my rope-tied steel cup. Unlike some other reviewers, I used an adjustable grip knot on my rope-tied steel cup that doesn't require re-knotting, so the Lo-Bloo cup is actually a touch slower to put on or take off and not particularly easier, but it should be faster than the classic steel cup setup.Sometimes with wrestling or ground work, the elastic leg bands of the Lo-Bloo can make my boxers to ride up a bit, but otherwise, it's been fine for kicks and knees (both performing the actions and getting smacked in the groin by said actions). It's also a bit more comfy even if pressed against the ground from above compared to a standard steel cup, and tends to move around less, even despite my steel cup technically not having any elastic and this being all elastic bands. It's still a touch uncomfortable doing certain legwork where the thighs are press closer together (like lying-down armbars), but that's not a disadvantage compared to a steel cup, per se.As a word of warning, I recently tried using the Lo-bloo with my Ex-Officio boxer briefs, and for some reason, it caused a bit of pinching towards the sides of the cup body. This never happens with my normal boxers (also Ex-Officio, and exact same materials, just different fit), but for some reason, the boxer brief form allowed something to pinch intermittently, which was quite distracting. So maybe watch out if you normally train with boxer briefs or briefs?Overall, it's a good cup, and mostly more comfy with the same protection, but it's still pricey and feels like a bit of splurge, even with its advantages.
