I am an avid pickleball player and started having problems with tennis elbow pain starting last March. Used one of the many compression straps on the market and it didn’t do much to relieve the vibration and resulting pain. A friend suggested tenex as it alleviated their tennis elbow issue. I tried this and I have no pain when I play. Normally when I hit overheads and hard shots I would feel the pain in my elbow immediately after. When I wear this I can hit all shots without any pain. I am a female with the updated model and have been happy with it. Their customer service is also great as I had a few questions and Mike was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy to be able to continue to play the sport I enjoy without the tennis elbow pain, thanks to Tenex!

My wife was starting to feel pains in her wrist and lower arm due to playing pickleball. Note that she also had dealt with carpel-tunnel type symptoms over a number of years prior to learning the game. A fellow p-baller told her about this band and swore by it, actually claiming that it had also allowed her to keep playing the game. So I ordered it for my wife and she can claim the same!! The difference of wearing it was instant and noticeable and she can play for 2+ hours no problem with no pain. The true test is when she accidentally forgets to put it on, notices the discomfort, then has it completely go away not long after she puts it on. If this band doesn't help you, then you likely have a problem that goes beyond what these two ladies have, but for those with tennis elbow/carpel tunnel, it seems to work quite well for racquet/paddle sports!

I’ve played tennis for many years and experienced the unwanted symptoms of tennis elbow. I am now playing more than ever and the thought of not playing because of tennis elbow is disturbing. So, I purchased a TENEX Ultra to hedge against the possibility. Sometimes the best offense is a good defense. So far so good. Got one for my wife too.

I am pretty sure this helps my tennis elbow, but both mine and my friends’ strap broke pretty quickly.

I’ve worn three of these and they all broke where the strap attaches to the Tenex……all in around one month of wear. I did think that it helped reduce vibration to my elbow. The return people were very helpful in replacing the failed units.

The first unit broke just after a day, the replacement broke after one month. The frame around the pin breaks.

I teach tennis and am on the court most days. This is the only product I’ve tried that keeps my tennis elbow in line. I was using the older version but after 3 years, the Velcro band broke. The new one is pricey, but it has a better band and a life time guarantee, so I can always get a new one if this one breaks.

This works well, but they need to make a ladies version.

I have been using Tenex tennis elbow support mercury wrist bands since 1989 = 35 years. They have allowed me to play tennis through periods of having tennis elbow pain, and since I wear one constantly for playing tennis, they help prevent tennis elbow happening for me. Also good to wear playing golf or working around the house.
