Ordered these for a costume but didn't try them on when they arrived. By the time I attempted to put them on I had lost my return window. They run about 2 sizes smaller than advertised.

THE PROS: it's a great fit. I usually wear a women's 11, I followed their chart and ordered a men's size 10. They fit perfectly. It's also a nice calf width, long laces make it completely adjustable.THE CONS: there are multiple details on the actual boot that are not included on the picture description. There is a tacky white logo on the outside of the boot, with a Cheesy saying on it. There's also a silver logo on the front of the boot, which wouldn't be so bad, except one is upside down. And then the boot has an all over a text pattern embossed on it. And even though the text is mirrored and upside down, you can still read the strange phrases like "New York police force," "sports," and "shape." Very strange.I'm going to keep the shoes because of the fit and overall appeal. I was able to peel off the logos and the white shield and it only left behind two small rivet holes behind each one. I'll get a patch or something to decorate over it. I wouldn't mind dolling up shoes like this that I found at a thrift shop. But $70 shoes I normally wouldn't expect to do this with. If the true details were included in the pictures on the listing, I don't think I would have purchased these.
