Accuracy & Bubbles
The air bubbles are easy to adhere around the electrode and will affect the accuracy a lot.
By swing wet probe in air can get rid of bubble easily, just need to repeat this procedure about 5 times:
Dip in water ->Swing to get rid of bubble->Dip in water -> Swing to get rid of bubble

The meter is powered by 4 pcs LR44 batteries.
NOTE:
Remove battery from instruments that you do not plan to use for a month or more.

I bought this as my much more expensive one broke, I tested it again my friends device and they both gave the same reading, So was very impressed as it's a fraction of the cost.I use for marine aquarium

I have bought this for my saltwater tank and the results were very bad with a difference of 10. I calibrated it twice and same result. It is bad because it was very easy to use. I wished it could work properly.

Was reading 1.021 when the water was really 1.040 almost killed everything! Actually a hydrometer, which is usually the least accurate saved my tank’s life.

I like this device better then my refractometer, and the float type. My only complaint is it does not read F. only C. temps but not a deal breaker.

It arrived about 3 weeks after purchase.. very slow. I could have walked there & got it in less time. The item is extremely complicated to use & is not accurate. Not in any way worth the investment. I went to try and return the item & found out I had to pay to have it shipped back to china. I Wouldn't get refund for a month. I would recommend any other alternative for this type of item.
