THESE ARE THE MOST UNSAFE SAFETY CABLES EVER!! I wanted to use these as safety cables for some bay lights. I was able to pull 5 of the crimps out with a quick tug. I stopped inspecting them after about half of them failed. Full transparency, I still used the product but only because I happen to have crimping equipment and re-crimped every one. There is obviously no quality control to these.

I had FOUR of these supporting a 50lb light, after a couple weeks 2 of my lights came crashing down because the crimps failed. Total BS to call these safety cables or to have this bogus weight rating. It’s a safety hazard and a scam. Do not buy these for hanging anything. Caused over $5k in damage. STAY AWAY

These are exactly what I needed to mount my big sun shade on the side of my house. I have tried different kinds of ropes, and they just don't work as well as steel cable. These are as good as they can get with quality crimps at the loops, strong carabiners, and PVC wire coating to make them last through all seasons.
