>ally nice cue stick with good feel and balance and great to look at. However, product description indicates a leather-like wrapping for the grip. It comes with no grip wrapping. I first received the product in damaged package (on time delivery) that booked like it had been opened and resealed and containing no wrapping. I contacted Amazon first by chat, and then by phone, explaining the situation. The AI chat said I should first return the "damaged" item and Amazon would replace it. The live operator agreed to first replace the item while I was able to use the undamaged cue stick. Great! Amazon provided a new unopened replacement, but it also had no wrapping. Conclusion: the product description is incorrect, or misleading at best. The cue stick is lovely, Amazon's phone service was great. Four stars only.

Overlays can be felt through the thinnest clear coat I've ever witnessed. They need to improve quality control.

This is an excellent pool stick but 11.75 mm tip might not be for everyone. Some will prefer a bigger tip. As for me I prefer a smaller tip because it helps with spin on the Q-ball. Good quality stick all around and good looking too. Excellent price.
