I go through gloves like crazy as I use them for both work and play. The one thing different (aside from the different style of knuckle cover) is the rubber pads that run along the top of each finger. It's saved several fingers from either being banged up at work and from hitting larger branches when riding on old trails and more importantly, from the back of my hands slamming onto the ground from the occasional bail. I've used them a few times for airsoft, but I've found them to be a little to bulky for that. All in all, I really like these gloves and they've lasted longer than a few other pairs I've had.

So these are some tough looking gloves that provide maximum protection for your hands . The tops of the fingers are reinforced with heavy rubber an the knuckles are also extremely reinforced with really thick rubber for maximum protection. I also really like the velcro tightening bands on the wrist that can be adjusted to prevent the gloves from sliding off during rugged use . The fingers are also touch screen compatible an while the gloves add a decent warm layer they are also easy to work in an also are wearable while using firearms making them a good choice for law enforcement, military, or civilians that want a comfortable rugged designed, tough looking glove .I'll also add that I kinda have trouble finding gloves that fit me well an are functional as far as using tools an stuff mostly because I have long fingers but on the skinner side an the large fits me well and I can use tools an firearms well with these with limited practice so overall I think these are very well designed gloves that offer good protection against cuts, an hurting your hands while being comfortable an offering good functionality while using various tools or firearms and electronics

The Gloves on first impression are similar to other work gloves, the material feels adequate in strength, stitching pretty good, and the shielded bits feel akin to tire rubber. It may be a size disparity, my hands are somewhat average, but the gloves overall fit a bit bulky, so consider the reduction in finger dexterity for finer handling of things. The gloves do provide quite a bit of outside hand protection, they give me more confidence in running my hands through rougher surface locations, and does it's job protecting the knuckles very well. They may look a bit silly on me, but they do seem to fit use in those rougher locations. The main three fingers do have a touch screen compatible surface, and they work well interacting with my cell phone screen, though it's only on the face of the finger surfaces, so it's a bit awkward if you're used to using finger tips more often, but they get the job done using the phone much better than cheaper nitrile coated gloves. The wrist strap is built quite nicely and I can easily strap the gloves tightly as I need, and offer a lot of varying tightness with a buckle and velcro design.Despite me thinking the gloves were going to be too big, I still have a bit of issue getting my hand through the wrists, so perhaps I am the right size?In regards to the cold, they aren't insulated, and may not provide an adequate warmth, incase that is your concern.Overall, the gloves are good quality, and use in a tactical environment may prove fruitful as long as you can cope with the loss in fine finger dexterity, you can still easily fit a finger in a trigger guard luckily. May improve in function as they're worn in I'm sure.
