I saw the negative reviews, but I found the paddles to work great. I like the ridges on the adjustable plastic straps. They are the same shape and size of my old speedo hand paddles.

These are legitimately the worst paddles I’ve worn in 15 years of competitive swimming. I was given two Left paddles and they actively resist staying on when swimming. Do not buy. Would give this a 0/5 star if possible

pros-better work out-made my strokes faster (not nessesarly stronger)....u become use to the resistance coming from the gloves that you forget how to get power from each stroke-lung capasity increasesconsu tend to end up wanting higher and higher resistances as you go along
