What I disliked is: I received it damaged, next I never received the replacement! I would like a replacement in reality that’s not going to happen so please refund my purchase.

Unfortunately the item arrived with a broken flower stem. We reattached it at the base, but it doesn't "dance". The leaves do move. Return shipping costs more than it's worth.
