Amazon suggested size was a large, I'm glad I read the measurement suggestions! Im a 38A, 5'7", 150 lbs... the medium totally makes me appear like im a size c cup.... when I can get them positioned properly. They are almost too big, I get them positioned under my breast for what i think is a good lift in my bra, put on a shirt, then look in mirror and it looks like I've got 4 boobs... the padding from these bulge out at sides and bottom, then it's like a shelf appearance, them the lift from myself on top... it's so unnatural looking.Im thinking I need to use a much larger bra so there's more room for these inserts, that may help.I do like the stickiness, I think it's necessary. It's a tad tricky to work with but does help keep things in place. I haven't worn for more than 5 minutes or so and I did start to sweat a little.I feel if I can get them positioned properly they do add a great deal of size which is what I'm wanting.These do have a little weight to them, but have a natural feel to them.I don't like there's no instructions included, obviously I understand you insert into bra, but a suggestion paper should really be included for tips on best ways to place, info on what the little flower shaped stickers are for(I assume nipple covers... they can't assume everyone has ability to read the info in the Amazon description imo, what if it's a gift?), and lastly tips on cleaning and care/ storage.These arrive in a plastic bag with a slider closure, and two sheets of a plastic wrap material on each side of insert. You wool needs to reuse these plastic sheets so don't throw them away! Unless you want these sticking to everything and everything sticking to them! I know it'd probably raise costs, but adding a container for storage is highly recommended to the maker along with changing the picture of the insert of a lady in a bra to actual tips for use and care.
