These "new" PCs have obsolete i5-3470T processors from 2012. Intel discontinued the i5-3470T (3rd generation) over 12 years ago. Windows 11 is only compatible with 8th gen and newer Intel processors, which means these 3rd generation processors are NOT compatible with Windows 11. Microsoft is terminating Windows 10 support in October 2025, so these PCs will not receive critical system and security updates after that point. I have two old HP laptops with the exact same processors and maxed out RAM, and they struggle to run newer programs. I've been building PCs for 20+ years, so I'm familiar with workarounds to force a Windows 11 install on unsupported PCs. I put Windows 11 on a PC with the same processor, and it was hilariously unstable and unusable. If you want a "new" PC with hardware that was obsolete over a decade ago, then definitely get this one. If you want one that will run modern programs and have technical support for years to come, make sure it has at least an 8th generation Intel or newer AMD processor...

Computer didn’t last 4 months before it crashed and couldn’t be fixed. Thank goodness I purchased the Asurion protection plan. It saved the day! They refunded me the full purchase price. The refund came via Amazon gift card writhing 8 hours and I was able to order a new PC the same day.

Update- 5 star added for customer service! I couldn’t ship the computer back - so they sent me a Bluetooth speaker - my son is one happy camper!! Thank you!!Update on Computer:One more star added for customer service. (now 4 stars) The companty did reach out, to try and resolve my issue (broken speaker) However, this was purchased for my Autistic son, and we can not wait 4-5 weeks while the computer is repaired.Good computer for my kid. The screen is huge, but after only a few weeks, the left side speaker went out :( I didn't buy the warrenty, because we all know those are crap and a huge fight to have anything covered.When/If the right side quits, I'll just hook up a speaker ~ But I expected them to last a longer.
