I removed the string, and wrapped the handles with friction tape, then re-wrapped the string around for better adhesive. These are very sharp, and only meant to be used one time because they are very delicate. Not unless you’re using them for decorations. I would be very cautious allowing kids to use these without adult supervision because they are sharp and pointy hair could cause a serious injury, or death.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loved it and started practicing throwing them. I think its a great item for the money and for beginner throwers. I will say the tip bends easily but that is expected from not knowing how to throw.

For the price, the product is not that bad. If you’re into naruto and just want an item to display then I would recommend this, however if you plan on using the item it will probably be best to look for another item, these knives are small and a little thin. They are sharp if you are wondering. I personally like them since I use them for display instead of throwing them. They come with 3 knives so thats a plus
