It was actually pretty easy to put together. A lot of other reviews said the opposite. I had no issues. And it's cute.

Only get this bedframe if you enjoy cheap plywood. The screws will strip even if you use the allen wrench provided. It says it fits crib/toddler mattresses, but our crib mattress does not fit, causing the wood pieces to turn out diagonally. Easy for children to climb all over it. But thank God, my baby isn’t old enough because it would snap in half under bodyweight.

Thoroughly impressed with how sturdy this bed is! I was apprehensive since I was buying from Amazon and generally the quality of big furniture isn’t fabulous (that I have experienced). However, this piece was remarkably sturdy and could support me hanging on the top parts. The assembly instructions were very clear and included pictures of each step. It also came with a hexKey to help with assembly. Though, it was slightly difficult for me to put together. Probably because I am not very strong and only had the little Hexkey it came with. A drill with a hexkey bit would have made my life easier but instead I worked harder hahaha! The wood quality was perfect and very smooth. All the holes lined up and it went together perfectly aligned.I am so incredibly happy with the bed! Thank you!!

Beautiful, sturdy, easy to assemble - not much more to say but Amazon makes me say more to submit :-)

Cute bed, takes some muscle to put together. I've purchased many things I've had to out together/build myself and thus was the most difficult one. Instructions are good though. Could be sturdier, but it'll do enough for now.

This is a beautiful bed! I absolutely love and adore it. My 6 month old loves and adores it. That being said- It was HORRIBLE to put together. I didn't believe the reviews, but my fingers were visibly bruised and tingly for days afterwards. I had a drill bit that fit in my high power drill and it couldn't do it, I think you'd need a percussion drill in order to make that work, so I just had to do it by hand-ouch. The bed is super sturdy though (it had better be!) The bed is not leaving the room for a long time. That being said it was still worth it to me, and I do love it!

It is durable and looks great. However, it was very to put together. By that I mean the screws go about halfway in and then they get extremely hard to turn. It was like that with all of the screws and there are like 30. It took me 3 hours to assemble. I’m a single mom and I have arthritis and I was assembling by myself. Other than that my 18 months old loves it. He hated feeling trapped in his crib and he loves being able to get in and out of his bed his self. It’s also on the ground which means if he rolls out of bad there will be no harm.

I had this bed delivered 4/1/20. It has held up nicely the past 1.5 months and my kids love it. My eldest (3.5yo) probably likes it more than I’d like - ha.All the holes and hardware lined up perfectly. They were a little difficult for me to screw in but it’s better than it being loose. This bed would’ve been even better if it had a toddler side-rail option. I had to build one for him as he kept rolling out of bed in the middle of the night. He’s a really good sleeper but when we switched to this bed he kept waking up. The width of the rails don’t match up perfectly to the rails I picked up at Home Depot, but it’s close enough and hopefully when I put a clear sealant on it it will match better in color.

I don’t know what the negative reviews and complaints were for. I paid $140 for a solid wood, house shaped, bed frame and for the price I have a great piece of furniture. The instructions along with the sticker labels on every side of each piece of wood were easy to follow. We chose to use a low power impact drill and cautiously install the hardware vs the wrench provided, maybe that’s why it seems sturdier? I am 140 lbs, I pushed up off the two outside bars and hung from the middle bar for approximately 3 seconds on each and I felt confident in the construction. A Newton infant crib mattress fits perfectly within the floor frame.
