This boxing equipment piece has scraped my hand alot so be prepared with boxing gloves, but also I have only had it for 48 hours and. The metal has started bending also the same for the metal spring for the top bag but the main issue is that the water is put in the bottom has completely leaked out their was a hole in the bottom , I would not recommend this

I purchased this for my fiancé for Christmas he absolutely loved it. But the top piece that is connected to the pole already broke.

This fits great in my home gym. It feels quality and durable so far. Only complaint I have is the bag deflates itself overtime so I need to continuously inflate it other than that I enjoyed this product very much.

communication was great, let me know about shipping process. Comes in 2 boxes which is perfect to move around easily. Pretty simple build. The quality is great & sturdy, suction works well. The only 2 things were, one of the suction cups was missing a screw(they came pre screwed) it worked out tho, I had a similar screw laying around. Also the swinging arm & pads metal bends a little where it all connects, just from the hitting to forcefully blocking. It's a strong metal but it's on the thinner side at that part. It's not a big deal u can bend it back with force or just keep practicing and it just bends with it, it's not a lot just very slightly. I love this tho regardless. U can also use the head as a speed bag. U don't need sand or water, the suction works well and I have tile so it even suctions the cracks, it does make noise & a lot of rattling with out the water or sand. U can probably just put a weight bag on top to easily move it around. I can't t trying to move it around with the suction & non removable weight lol. The height is really good too, goes real low for like a young teen & also for tall adults. I've had trouble with heights on passed ones & I'm only 5'8". Id definitely recommend this.

Well, it took one five minute workout session to bend the pivoting bar, as well as the spring that the speed bag is attached to.

Not even isn’t much force on it and the pads already torn off and useless. Overall good product but how am I supposed to use it when it breaks the day I got it only after about 2 hours of very light sparring. Not sure what to even do I don’t want to punch metal but there’s generally nothing I can do about it @ this very moment unless I buy an attachment that works better than the product provided.
