It's really bad. Mine was bought a year ago. And now it just beeps and won't turn on. Or when it does, it won't let you configure anything. It's stuck. I've written to support, but they haven't responded.

Overall, this is a nice controller. However, the pan function is sluggish. The pan and zoom functions often “stick”, causing problems with accuracy. It’s large, so make room for it if you plan on purchasing it. It’s a bit overkill for my residential application. If this one fails, I will replace it with something smaller and simpler.
