I've had my horse on this for a month now because his feet get soft and tender in the humid shavings and damp ground of our rainy summer. I noticed when I was picking his feet today that he is noticeably less tender. I haven't made any other changes to his routine, and the weather has been wetter every week, so I attribute the improvement to the pellets!

We are supporting some issues with our horses' hooves. They eat these pellets up with no problem! We've used these for a few months and have seen some cracking improving. We will continue to use and support their hoof health.

Snartpak has always been a favorite brand of mine when it comes to horse supplements. This hoof supplement is no exception. Considering that this includes 112 servings (1 scoop a day), you are getting a little under 4 months worth in a single bag. That is a great value for a hoof supplement, especially when compared to how expensive Farrier's Formula can get.I have been giving this to my thoroughbred, who doesn't have terrible feet, but did end up cracking his front feet this summer while stomping at flies. I wanted to support his hoof growth so we can get some health hoof growing in while we are waiting to trim off all the damaged parts.Not only has his farrier commented on his hooves, but his vet has also said his feet are looking better. Can't beat that!

My horses love thia product as it is alfalfa pellets... They have good hooves but if you're looking for stronger support for problem hooves, not sure if this will be enough.

I have a mare that is an older mare and needs a little extra support for her hoof quality and her joints. I started her on this and I have waited to post the review to see results. I am thrilled to say that not only do her hooves look much better, even going into winter, she is moving around more easily as well! Very happy with this purchase. SmartPak is a well known reputable company and they don't disappoint with this product either!
