It was working. Until it wasn't working. The power cord triggered the built-in circuit breaker of my outlet and burned it where the plug made contact with the outlet. Disappointing. I was really looking forward to sitting with family and friends and cooking our food right on the table together, but obviously this isn't safe to use.

I got this as a Christmas present for my sister and she loves it. Now we don’t have to go to a Korean barbecue because we can just do it at home. The only problem was the glass lid didn’t fit right on the pot and that annoys me but she liked it so I didn’t return it.

This electric grill/steamer is just amazing! It is such a high quality, so easy to clean. I was so happy I could find a grill that I could use easily inside my home. It is lightweight, so easy to carry. I grilled steaks and steamed vegetables and it turned out jusr perfect! Cant wait to recommend to all my family and friends!

Equipment pot very thin - bent easily. Packaging could use some beefing up as it came damaged on all sides and was even ta[ed several times in transit.

One side of the grill gets way hotter than the other. It kept blowing my breakers when I tried to use both the grill and hot pot at the same time. It is cumbersome to clean. I would not go with this design again.

One side is hotter than the otherside. Then you cannot use the center pot if you are using the sides..

Overall this is a fantastic purchase. The temperature is more than enough on the skillet and the hotpot to cook anything you need. The grill is nonstick so that does help alot. The only downside is cleaning the skillet after use can take some time so I suggest cleaning in between batches of food to avoid sauces burning and sticking. overall it's worth the investment when considering kbbq can be up to 30 dollars a person I will definitely be using this alot

This hotpot has found it's useful spot in my kitchen 😄, especially as it begins to get cold and freezing outside. I can yet grill in the comfort of my kitchen. How awesomePortable and easy to put away/aside. It goes from warm to really hott relatively fast, of which you can control how hot you want to keep it while the food cooks.This is going to be my favorite holiday gift to send out this season!!!
