I was expecting them to be a lot larger but they are made fine. Probably work for quilting

These pins are not sharp enough, and are too thick for quilting. They do not penetrate 2 layers of cotton fabric easily, left holes larger than any sewing pins I've ever used, and even "snagged" the fabric by pushing threads (warp/woof) up and out of place instead of gliding between them. Didn't try them until it was too late to return them, but certainly would not recommend them for sewing.

These hold both sides of the seams well, very stiff and smooth. Shipping was very fast.
