An integral stand mount screws directly onto mic stands and included clip attaches mic to rim of drum. Very high sound pressure level handling, in excess of 160 dB, is combined with a balanced, clear, low distortion signal similar to a high-end studio condenser microphone. Lightweight voice coil provides extended high frequency and rapid transient response. A tough reinforced glass fiber body takes the knocks and shocks and suppresses impact noise.

These mics sound great and they are also super easy to mount. No clips or mic stands. Makes the stage much less cluttered. Love em!

Really enjoy these microphones. Bought the 3-pack, because that’s the standard amount of toms on your average drum set. Very low profile. They even clipped onto the rack mount toms suspension mounts, which was something I was worried about. The sound to me is very neutral ground.

Small and compact, the attachement mechanism works great. It's a budget mic and not such a budget price. Don't expect stellar sound quality. Does the job great on toms, not so much on snare compared to an SM57.

Works awesome on tom -toms, I still prefer a good old sm57 for the snare, but this is a great alternative, and easy to EQ and get a good basic sound.

These are my favorite live drum mics. I had a set years ago and sold them. I’ve regretted it ever since. They sound great and are easy to mount and position. They are also super durable.

It's Sennheiser. What else do you need to know as far as quality is concerned?That said, there is one significant issue with mounting the mic. The clip is designed specifically for traditional drum rims. I am currently using this clip for my congas. One has the "traditional drum rim" while the other has the LP patented "comfort rim." Because of the comfort, the clip doesn't fit well. A little gaffer's tape and the problem is solved, but still the buyer needs to be aware of the mounting issue.Great mic, just be aware of possible mounting issues.

For what you will spend on them, these drum mics are the best in class hands down. Small footprint and decent sound. They are especially great for multitrack recording live shows. Would recommend to everyone not looking to drop thousands on boutique drum mics.

Sennheiser E604's will be on my drum tracks from now on. Flat out the box they perform...period. If you really want the Big Boy sound this is where you need to start. I've seen them in many studios and heard the stories of how good they track and now I know for myself that it's not just hype. These mics sound great! Get these ... you won't be sorry!
