It works but the stand itself is quite light and flimsy. I recommend using a wireless radio transmitter to set off your flash and not a cable connection like ttl.

Works pretty well however very cheaply made. The umbrella spokes broke after it toppled over one time. The stand is not very stable. The bracket that holds your flash is poorly made and will not hold it's position very well. It's ok for a beginner, it's low priced, but it will most likely not last very long.

This thing does the job. If you're in need of something dirt cheap, this gets the job done. It's not going to hold up to abuse. It feels like opening and collapsing it too many times might destroy it. It's not sturdy. It's so light that you have to be sure to weigh it down, or not have the umbrella out too far. It's got lots of flexibility. And by that I mean you could bend it with your bare hands if you wanted to. It is what it is and you get what you paid for.

The stand is paper thin, it weighs 0.9 lbs compared to one of my old (same dimensions) weighing 2lbs. The umbrella needs a tie strap and a pouch. The only decent thing about this kit is the bracket, the bracket seems like a strong build.

I purchased this based on the many positive reviews, but as a photographer, i find this very cheaply made, top heavy, so unstable, tubing is very thin, and screws do not hold bracket, or lightstand together very well. the screw that holds the legs in place stripped on the first use.there are much better products available, do not waste your money on this one .

Terrible quality, not sturdy at all. The grips to tighten don’t fully tighten so the flash and umbrella are constantly falling down. Tripod is so cheap it would knock over if someone walked by too quickly. Less than 2 months later I’m getting something new. Don’t waste your money, just spend the extra now and get something good quality

It’s very fragile and cheap. It’s a ~50$ light kit so you shouldn’t expect much. It performs just as well as any other kit so worth the money.

The umbrella is extremely poor quality. So far the stand and flash bracket seem okay. Leaving the review at 2 stars for that, but the umbrella broke while trying to close it after using it once. Get a better kit and product.

Very nice setup. Love the stands, exactly what I needed. A bulb arrived damaged, I contacted customer service & they responded & shipped a new one quickly! Very pleased with my purchase. Would definitely recommend & purchase again.
