Mini bike Seat Spring Kit
Robust Construction & High Weight Capacity
Features a strong 3.5mm thick weight-bearing bracket and high-strength springs, reliably supporting riders at least 180 lbs (approximately 82 kg), ensuring durability and stability.
Easy and Customizable Installation
The complete kit includes hinge pieces, a seat support plate, pre-assembled spring brackets and all necessary installation hardware. Requires simple modification of the original seat for a perfect fit, allowing for personal adjustments for optimal comfort.
Installation Method
Step 1 Install the support plate onto the seat cushion.
Use the bolt holes from the original seat cushion and the bolts from the kit to initially secure the seat cushion to the support plate.
Step 2 Install the hinge end
Secure the front end to the frame as shown in the diagram.
Use 2 short bolts washers & nuts to connect the hinge & the support plate and lock them without leaving any gaps.
Step 3 Install the pre-assembled spring brackets
- Install the pre-assembled spring brackets onto the frame (the spring angle can be adjusted by rotating).
- Adjust the front and rear, as well as the height of the two spring mounting brackets, then tighten the mounting nuts.
- Finally, insert the support post at the rear end of the support plate into the top of the spring and lock the spring w/ 2 Cotter Pins.
