These were great replacements for my Moomba boat. The pipes were 3.5", but by cutting out part of the circular section, these 4" covers fit the 3.5" pipes well. Thsse were never intended to be watertight, only to stop a rush of water into the pipes, so a slightly oversized flap is fine. Nice thick rubber, quality seemed good, and clamps gave plenty of room for fitment. No complaints, would recommend.
