It's just large enough to cover the bike trainer stand and the front wheel. But only just - there's not a lot of extra space on the sides or length to shift the stand or bike around without having to move the mat as well. However, once in place, it keeps everything in their place - there is no shifting or movement of the mat, trainer, or climbing block. The climbing block is a nice addition to add variety to the exercise. It feels denser and heavier than my other bike mat and it's held up so far.

I honestly just bought this for the mat underneath it. Which I actually really love because I have hardwood floors and when I'm working out it's easy to slip. This map makes it really easy to exercise without having that issue. I can put shoes on or just choose to wear socks and I can still do all of my exercises without having any need to worry about slipping. It's made really well, it's comfortable, it's lightweight and it's definitely worth the money. Love the durability of this product.

This is great and works well for my garmin trainer. Good stability and height for the front wheel. Mat keeps the sweat off my floors.

I admit I mostly picked this up for the climbing block as I needed one and Saris continually puts out some of the best quality cycling studio gear out there. This didn't disappoint: the block is well thought out -- an excellent combination of compactness and function -- and is sturdy as can be. The mat is also nice quality and complements our setup perfectly.

With winter coming, I'm setting up my trainer. I never liked the front plastic pad that came with my trainer so I ordered this setup. The mat is a very good quality and a nice addition to my setup. Makes everything look and feel clean. The front wheel hold is a HUGE upgrade to what I had before and holds the wheel firmly in place. The towel is good quality as well.Although I like the set, I do think the price is a bit high for what you get. I think you can get all of these components, of an equivalent quality, at a better price separately. That said, it's nice.

I can't understand why the climbing block doesn't come with the trainer but that said, the mat and towel round out the set. The mat isn't thick enough to avoid depressions in the underlying carpet but serves well to avoid any marks transferring from the trainer or block.

I wanted the mat to protect my floor, but I didn't expect the added benefit that the small amount of cushioning would make riding more comfortable. I figured the climbing block would make riding more comfortable, but I didn't expect how much more stable it would make the bike. I expected the towel to be cheap, and I was right!The mat and the block retail for the same price as this package, making the towel essentially free. Even with the "free" towel, it still seems a little pricey. That being said, I love the mat and the block, and the towel was free.
