This worked really well in my laundry room. It is super light weight, very bright and really easy to mount on the ceiling.

Bought this for the shed because I needed to spend $5 more to get free shipping overnight...lol I hooked up a plug to it as it doesn't come with a plug because it's meant to be hardwired in your home. I was actually surprised what light came from the little one foot light. Was a good purchase 👌

Doesn't have the highest quality feel to it, but I suppose it doesn't matter when it's installed. Installation was easy. I bought this light fixture 7 months ago and today it just stop working. It was bright and worked great for last 7 months with 1 year warrenty. I would like to be replaced, please.

I purchased this Sararoom 2ft LED Light Fixture to replace a 2ft fluorescent one in a walk-in closet. Replacing the existing light fixture took about 30 minutes in total, including taking down the old light, measuring and marking the ceiling and mounting and testing the new light. The light is installed with two small metal brackets that you screw the the ceiling and the then the light fixture snaps to them. The light is very light (not heavy) which makes it easy to install. The light fixture only has a Live wire and a Neutral wire to connect - there is no ground wire, and note that screws to mount the brackets are not included. Installation is very easy. The 20W equivalent LED light is more than bright enough for a closet but probably won't be sufficient for areas much larger than about 6 feet by 12 feet but, provided you bear that in mind, I have no doubt you'll be pleased with this light.

Light easy to install, good lumens for a small light, job done

Just got done installing this in the ceiling of my pantry, replacing a fluorescent light fixture that was not working. This unit is light weight, and the brightness is perfect for the pantry. Took me a lot longer to install than expected, though. Seems like it should be simple enough -- mount the clips to the ceiling and hook up a couple of wires. Unfortunately, it proved to be very frustrating. Usually there is some space at the top of the lamp to accommodate the wiring. This has no space, and the lamp's wires are very short and flimsy, so your options wind up limited. The mounting clips are also flimsy, and come with simple plastic anchors that aren't really useful for ceiling installations. The edges of the clips are sharp, so I wound up cutting my finger on one. Getting the lamp to clip in correctly was also a bit of a challenge. After a couple of hours of frustration, I have it mounted, although one of the clips bent a bit so it's not completely flush against the ceiling, but fortunately it's not noticeable. This light would be perfect if they put more consideration into how it might be mounted in a closet ceiling.

Esta pantalla LED mide 60 centímetros de largo por 8 cm de ancho. El marco es de aluminio y la tapa frontal, por donde sale la luz de los LEDs, de plástico, al igual que los 2 extremos de la misma. Esto hace que pese poquísimo. El hecho de que el marco sea de aluminio ayuda a disipar el calor, pues se calienta bastante cuando lleva encendido un rato. Por su diseño, es para colocar en el techo, no en paredes, y para un dormitorio o habitación tampoco queda muy adecuado, es más para galerías, garajes, terrazas, trasteros...En mi caso elegí el modelo de 20W y luz blanca fría. Es decir, 6.500K de temperatura de color. Esta es la luz más blanca, tirando a azulada. Por el contrario, 2.700K es amarillo como una bombilla incandescente, y el blanco neutro, que son unos 4.000K, es una luz intermedia. Compré este modelo porque es para colocarlo en el techo de una galería, no muy grande, con lo que con 20W sobra. Ilumina perfectamente la galería, sin llegar a ser una intensidad de luz muy alta, diría que adecuada para uso general. Eso sí, para una habitación de más de 6-7 metros cuadrados quizás quede algo corta. Si te gusta o necesitas una buena intensidad de luz, mejor coge el modelo más potente.El consumo de la pantalla LED es de 20,8W, lo que cuadra con las especificaciones indicadas. Eso si, son 20W de consumo, seguramente de potencia lumínica sea algo menos. En uno de los extremos de plástico de la pantalla, por la parte frontal y visible, vienen indicados todos los parámetros de la misma: modelo, longitud del tubo, potencia, rango de voltaje admitido, temperatura de color...El manual es una simple hoja en inglés, aunque lo cierto es que es un aparato que no tiene ninguna complicación: basta con conectar los 2 cables que tiene a la instalación eléctrica (da igual que los conectemos de una forma u otra, es corriente alterna y no tiene polaridad) y montarlo en el techo. Eso sí, si tenemos los cables que salen del techo, para conectarlos necesitaremos usar una regleta de conexiones, y si es muy grande puede que no quepa en el hueco entre la pantalla y el techo, por eso mejor usar una lo más pequeña posible para que no se vea ningún cable. No necesitamos ningún transformador, se conecta directamente a 220 voltios.No tiene ninguna bombilla ni lámpara desmontable o reemplazable, con lo que si se estropea hay que cambiar la pantalla entera, no se puede cambiar la bombilla o tubo, pues no hay tales elementos, es directamente una tira LED. No es regulable. Tampoco tiene interruptor, el interruptor debe de estar montado por separado en la pared o donde sea. Cuando recibe corriente se enciende, y cuando deja de recibirla se apaga. No se nota especialmente resistente, pero es una pantalla que se coloca en el techo y no se toca ni actúa sobre ella, con lo que no sufre ningún desgaste más que el de los propios LEDs.Para montarlo en el techo tenemos que sacar las 2 piezas metálicas que vienen incluidas en la parte trasera de la pantalla y atornillarlas al techo. Se incluyen 2 tacos y 2 tornillos para ello. No importa la distancia a la que coloquemos las 2 piezas, pues se pueden anclar a cualquier parte de la zona trasera de la pantalla, con lo que seguramente podamos aprovechar uno o ambos agujeros que teníamos ya hechos para sustituir la lámpara que tuviéramos ya instalada. Con lo poco que pesa, aunque las coloquemos muy cerca la una de la otra aguantan sin problema. Una vez fijadas al techo, basta con presionar la pantalla contra ellas hasta oír el clec en ambas pinzas y listos. Para sacarlo, basta con tirar hacia abajo con fuerza y de manera firme, hasta que la pinza sale.En definitiva, una luz de techo LED con poco consumo, luminosidad suficiente para habitaciones pequeñas, que no pesa nada y que bastante fácil de instalar.
