The vacuum worked well until the floor nozzle broke. I was able to contact their customer support and ordered the recommended replacement nozzle. That nozzle doesn't fit this vacuum. I contacted support and they simply said "send it back". No offer to replace it (they sold me the wrong nozzle), no shipping label etc. I've tried calling but their mailbox is full, and I get no replies when I email. Now I have a new vacuum that I can't use.

I initially purchased this particular vacuum because of it being advertised as quieter. I have 2 boys that struggle with sensory. My youngest is load noise. The rumba didn’t seem to bother him, however I have 3 boys and two dogs, and a husband. The rumba is not practical for the job. I LOVE a good canister vacuum and this one is great. Especially the suction. It is definitely quieter. Once you attach any piece to the hose, that sound is louder. However my 2 1/2 year old doesn’t seem to mind it.

If you're looking for great suction on hardwood or tile and clean air to breathe, this is it! I have vinyl plank in most of my apartment, this works great, plus I don't smell any odor, very clean operation. I have carpet in the bedrooms, works subpar for that but I do take my shoes off upon entering my apartment so the carpet in the bedrooms is not terribly dirty deep down in the carpet. It does not have a brush roll. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, it does not automatically retract the cord, nor are there any fasteners attached on the vacuum for the cord, I have to manually roll the cord up and place it on top of the vacuum when storing.

This vacuum is perfect for the semi-commercial cleaning rigors that it is put through. It is a little heavier than other vacuums I looked at but worth the money spent. It has great suction, is very sturdy, long hose, long cord, and runs quiet compared to similar vacuums I have used. I didn't like the floor tool that came with it. I purchased an adapter to accommodate a floor tool I had. Overall, this is the best canister vacuum I have used and I definitely recommend it if you are in the cleaning business. I bought mine through the Amazon warehouse as Used/like new in original packaging for half the cost of a new one. Amazon assured me I would still receive the 2 year warranty, so it was a win/win for me.

Quite a big canister design not for small closets. It is a round shape that does not fit everywhere. I do not mind, so I replaced our old canister vacuum and must say that I am impressed. The suction is great, the hose is very long and the cord as well. We have hardwood floors in our house and area carpets and it works on both very well. I can carry it upstairs with no problems due to it handle on top. Once you find your routine in maneuvering with it and the cord it is very easy handling. One big on/off button and you have to change the paper filters according to need. I am very satisfied.

Aspirateur puissant mais plusieurs irritants. Elle semble solide et la puissance est là, le cable est de bonne facture aussi.Par contre elle est trop lourde, un usage commercial necessite de la deplacer dans les escaliers par exemple, le sac est beaucoup trop petit pour le gabarit de l'aspirateur, la brosse a plancher brisee au bout de quelques jours et celle ci n'aspire pas dans les coins, aussi le crochet qui permet au manche de s' accrocher apres l'aspirateur n'est pas bien fait, la position de la sortie du fil nuis.pour toutes ces raisons j'ai renvoyé l' unité, je prefere et de loin la hoover hushtone plus une brosse de meilleure qualité pour le meme prix ou encore la nilfisk vp300.

I purchased this vac through Amazon Warehouse Deals and, while I have done that before and got a deal, it appear to be a bad decision in this case. That particular vac arrived with a broken and irreparable front caster and was full of other people's dirt. Looking at the amount of labels removed from the box and the condition of the box, it was apparent that this one had gone through at least 4 other "owners" before me. A bad sign. I made the mistake of not opening the package immediately upon delivery but got otherwise distracted by work/life. But upon opening the package I saw it would have to go back.The vac appears to have good suction and is fairly quiet, but by no means silent. Probably good in an office environment. I was not impressed with the build quality and how cheaply made the casters in particular were. I know the caster will take a pounding being pulled around the floor over its lifetime.

Have been using this for a while. I have had commercial vacs for my janitorial business of other makes. This works great. It does suck to the floor, but that's what you want it to do. The quality is good and the price is great. I will buy it again.

Great quality for the price! I've been looking for a decent vacuum for a long time, as my 30+ year old Electrolux is dying. Didn't want to pay $1000 for a new one, and all the vacuums at Walmart and Canadian Tire, etc. are junk. This is quiet, has great suction, and seems very durable so far. Only drawback is I think the bags can only be purchased online.

We've tried to find a quiet yet powerful vacuum for use in cleaning our classrooms, this is by far the most powerful AND the quietest we've tried. The long hose make cleaning between desks and chairs easy. The construction and design is awesome, actually. The bags are huge, although they fill up fast because this thing actually sucks everything up. Order bags directly from the manufacturer (phone number on machine) they're only a couple bucks per.Love it!
