It’s a good thing our friend in Canada sent me a picture of the outlet they had before we arrived. I’ve not seen this type of outlet in the States. I found it easily on Amazon, the price was great and it came quickly and I like that the manufacture included a sturdy plastic sleeve that protects the prongs. Great product!

I was worried this would pass 240v to the camper since it was so cheap but it is wired correctly. Only one hot is used. Converted my 240v 50A outlet to 120V 50A. Male contacts are very thick and strong. Female socket holds onto camper plug well too. Much better than using a dog bone type adapter cord.
