I wouldn’t expect this item to take a lot of abuse or to have a huge wad of stuff jammed into it. This is more decorative (and it is cute) than a family mail slot.It’d be good for seperating mail for room mates or a couple, but I can see my pre-teen nephews unintentionally wrecking it in a rush to grab something from (or stuff something in) it.They provide dry wall anchors with the screws and three pcs of white chalk.For the price, it’s perfect so I can store personal vs business papers until I have time to deal with them.

I get compliments on it every time someone walks in the house, it was very easy to install, and it also is great for organization And something that is very modern and minimalist. I have two for my two sons, husband, and myself. Not huge spaces for mail but it works well. Very nice quality. Not for big envelopes or magazines really.

Check the dimensions as this is very small. I love it and use it for a mailbox for my kids to write notes and get mail! Installed easily. Not very sturdy and my kids managed to do a little damage before it was hung. But on the wall it's fine. We won't be hanging anything big from the hooks. Just key chains. They are small.

I needed something to just hold mail and some keys. Found this bad boy and from reviews, thought it was going to be flimsy and smaller than advertised. So not the case. Solid, easy to hang up and certainly serves its purpose. Chalkboard so cute and mail slots fit plenty. For reference, the wall in the photo is little over 15.25" wide.

This item is exactly as described. I am glad I got the larger size as the smaller one would have been too small. It is well made and looks good. The space between the lower slot and the one above is quite small, so putting small items in or reaching every day could be a bit tricky/annoying over time, but it still works great, glad I got it!

Searched high and low for a mail organizer to help keep clutter off our counter. I love that this has a rustic look, key hooks, chalk board so we can write notes or identify contents inside (such as “coupons”), and that it’s a decent size for a small space. I took off one star because the chalk boards seem a little loose and there was a snap chip in the wood. Overall good value for the price point.
