Went on pretty easy. The worst was getting the old steering shaft off. Mine is a 2007 rhino 660. And what other buyers were saying about the brake light switch is right I just took mine out because it wasn’t working anyway. And I can’t believe how much easier it steers now. It is great.

I am a licensed mechanic so the install was simple but after I finished there was no power steering. The diagnostic light came in and then off at startup like it says it should but no further codes flashed up. I tried getting someone from Demon Power sports PD international getting to call me back for two days after leaving messages with the secretary.I guess I'll keep trying to get through to them.

Real fast delivery. Took about 2-3 hours to install. Cleared the brake light switch with plenty of room. What I found was to assemble it completely with the controller mounted with the wiring harness plugged in. Leave all the bolts loose including the sliding u- joint that hooks up to the bottom of the motor. You can then juggle it in place and start tightening it all up once you get that upper joint to clear the switch. If the sliding steering shaft joint is tight you can’t get enough adjustment It needs to be up close to the limit at the end of the shaft to get enough twist on the mount. The photos show the angles I used when mounting. Mount the regulator upside down with wiring up into the cowling. Definitely worth the cost to have easy one handed steering and save your wrists and thumbs from kickback.

Works great. If you don’t want problems with the shaft hitting your brake switch, put everything on without tightening it and you can easily adjust it after so it doesn’t touch at all. I put this on a 2006 rhino 660. * I took the picture before I zip tied the wires out of the way, but only one and they don’t even come close. One finger easy to use on steering now!
