Had damage to bottom of tent. Wire frame was exposed. It had been sent and returned before as it wouldn't go in the plastic package, when I recieved it nor when I sent it back. Tried to call, only got to automation. It recorded wrong reason for return and charged me a return shipping fee.

What a great product! I opted for this fabric tent to color vs a cardboard one in hopes we could play with it longer. My oldest is almost 5 and 45”inches tall and still had head space.It was easy to assemble with commonsense as no instructions were included. There is a nice case it came with but I have not tried to put it back.Overall - it was worth the invest for a creative activity at a birthday party.*note to buyers - try to find some really thick and wide markers to color with. Regular markers were okay but felt it would take less time and ink if there was a wider point.

Bought this for my sisters space themed baby shower. All the guests have small children so we made sure they had something to do. It set up easily and held up to some abuse that day. We used regular crayola washable markers. It didn't seem like they bled on the material and it was fun to color. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the tie pieces that hold the supports in place ripped off as soon as I tried to tie it. Small detail but I guess it's important to be thorough.
