This is an excellent hose roller. It is well made and heavy duty. The retraction works great and reels in smoothly. It even has a feature that automatically rolls the hose from side to side so it reels into the hose roller evenly.The carry handle on top is very convenient. Brass fittings are a nice quality touch and much better than cheap plastic ones. The mounting template and bracket are awesome. Not a major deal, but the only two things I didn't care much for is that it's only a 1/2" hose. I would have preferred a bigger diameter. And, I didn't see a way to swap out the hose so if the hose eventually cracks (as old hoses tend to do) I'd have to replace the entire hose reel.Overall, great product!

This retractable hose reel was ordered to be installed at the corner of the garage for spraying duties at the driveway. I really like that this is a nice long 65’ reel; it will be able to reach anywhere in the driveway and front yard due to the generous length of the hose.It was easy to install and came with a simple sticker template to drill the holes. The hose is easily rolled out and locked into the desired position. When gently pulled, the hose will begin to automatically retract into the covered container, and it has an internal hose guide that feeds it uniformly on the reel so it does not get jammed inside the housing.I do prefer larger ⅝” diameter hoses, as this one is only ½” thick but it works just fine for most tasks. Anything else and I can bring out the pressure washer.This is a great solution for many yards or driveways. And, it’s so nice to not have to roll up the hose anymore!

This product is a game changer for my front porch. We were tired of the ugly water hose piled up on the porch all summer. This is the perfect solution. This actually works! I had my doubts but the hose winds up and out of this contraption perfectly. As it winds, there is a mechanism that's moves back and forth and evenly distributes the hose into the barrel or out of the barrel. Genius! The hose is thinner than a typical hose, but there is no less water pressure for it. The hose does not bend or crease as easily because it is thinner and because it winds up evenly in the barrel. This must be held or mounted for it to work properly. We haven't minutes it yet, but it can be removed from the mount when needed. I love that it has that option. Whoever invented this put a lot of thought into it. Very quality build and functions as advertised. Very happy and would give 10 stars if I could!

Installed easily, however it doesn’t retract very well. It’s functional, but not working the way it should.

I have used many other self retractable water hose devices. Some are self propelled using the water as a propulsion to move the hose back in (not explaining it well... but it works, just slowly) and some are self cranking. To be honest most have broken over a somewhat short time. When I received this hose reel I can definitely say it is a beast compared to the size of the others I've used. The materials used to make it are strong and sturdy. It mounts to a wall or post and will come out quite a ways. It also swivels, so think about where you want to put it so you can get the best use of that swivel radius (I put it on a outside post on the corner of my raised bed garden so I can get good use of the swivel). My only complaint would be that it's not the most beautiful device but it works so that's the main reason to get it.

First, double check the measurements. This thing is pretty large. Unlike normal hose holders, which hold a nose parallel to a wall, these go perpendicular. So they stick out a ways. I knew that going in, and actually was a big selling point for this to me.My garage has a hose holder that has always been in the way, and felt like it just took too much room. The hose never wanted to go back on right, so it was usually messy. This solved those problems. I was able to mount it up high, near the ceiling, and sticking out from the wall just makes it feel so out of the way.The retraction system works and it easily sways side to side when needed and I the nozzle works well. The only thing I am unsure on is the clip that holds the main reel to the mounting bracket is plastic, which could be an issue long term. We'll see.Overall, I'd say this one is a winner!

My garden water pipe is broken. I need a new one to replace it. Additionally, children enjoy playing with the garden hose in summer and never pick it up or roll it back after playing. So I need a scalable one. This DNYKER garden hose reel is perfect for my needs! The scalable function is very convenient. 10 Functions The spray nozzle has various functions. The intelligent locking system allows me to easily control the length of the hose, and every automatic rewind can work perfectly. Get rid of my old hose holder and keep this extendable scroll. The 180 ° rotating bracket increases flexibility and allows easy access to all areas of my yard. Installation is easy and the overall construction quality is good. Highly recommended!
