I have tried all of the facial pieces that are offered for cpap and this piece is the most comfortable! I don't mind wearing it at all.

I haven't used this one yet because it is my spare, I already have one which I bought with the head gear! I do not get itchy with these ,

I was worried fabric around the seal might have some air leakage at high pressures. So far it goes up to 15 no issues. This mask is super light touch and doesn't feel like my nose is around a bunch of plastic. I dunno how to describe it, feels very natural and I don't notice it on my nose at all. I don't think I can go back to any other mask after this. It's really a different league.

After trying to make home made fabric covers for my nasal cushion (with no luck) I finally found this option. It has been a major relief of the inevitable itchiness that came every night after about 5-6 hours of use. This relieves it! It does tend to be more prone to leaking at times, so I do have to adjust it more often.
