Purchased for my son. The metal/aluminum chain already broke. Didn't even take a week. Everything else is good. Just FYI the .8 swims inside the case because they used the full size case for the smaller sized canteen.

The canteen has holes with the drinking cup.. return the canteen with defects.

Other canteens were coated with plastic inside and tasted terrible. This is sturdy, keeps water cold for hours, hangs from saddle or belt easily.

This product is perfect damn near. The one and only complaint I have is it can be a little finique with setting it in the holster right first try. Takes maybe 30 sec tops to pull an replace. It doesn’t leak, leave a bad taste, or break on a small drop ( 1.5 m). I really like it and will be getting a second for hiking. Keep in mind the belt isn’t included.
