Wood edge banding is used to cover the exposed sides of materials such as particle board, plywood, metal or MDF. The veneer edging increases the durability of your project as well as giving it a perfect finish.
Real birch wood pre-glued edge banding
Our birch wood edge banding is pre-glued with a German high-quality adhesive that provides a strong, permanent bond. The glue is activated by heat and will strongly apply this high-quality veneer edging onto your shelf, furniture or DIY project. Easy to install plywood edge banding
The only tool you need to apply this veneer edging is a regular household iron. A hot air blower or edge banding machine can also be used if you have these to hand, but a regular iron will be sufficient for a great application. To apply, simply position the veneer edging on the edge of your plywood or other substrate and smooth it with a few passes of an iron or slide it through an edge-banding machine. Suitable for straight-line edges as well as contours. Bandings are impregnated with a high-speed hot-melt glue that creates a permanent, durable bond.

Extremely sticky, which is good news & bad news. Be very careful or there will be a lot of waste. It stuck to my fingers and I was positive that I pulled off my actual finger print/skin, peel it off very carefully.

Looks nice enough so far but it is not actually 3 inches wide. It is about 2.75 inches. I designed my project to have a 3 inch width so I had to pivot my plans just to accommodate this being thinner than expected.

This product was purchased to make my red oak bookshelves made of 3 individual pieces hide the layers. Not only it's a perfect color match, but the finished product looks like made of a single 3" thick pieces.Easy application with a household iron. Would buy again. Highly recommended.

The roll is supposed to be 25 ft in length. The roll I received was only 21 ft. I contacted the seller for a resolution, and was ignored. To be honest, the veneer is top quality and worked out great. Just be aware the length you purchase may not be (probably won't be?) what you actually receive.
