Super disappointed. The pillow is great itself... very comfortable and supportive. But the zipper broke almost immediately it's very flimsy. I wound up sewing it shut which means I can't launder the cover, but it was too big and bulky after being unpacked to try and return.

I've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, and a lot of my procedures require me to be almost upright so this is amazing for that! It's like I'm sitting on a couch, except it's my bed. I spend so much time in bed that I was tired of messing up the pillows and having the comforter slide. This is perfect!
