This a great option for a ‘Dad mask,’ working with a hard pitching son or daughter. It is too heavy, however, for any game use. Like…it’s really heavy.

Buen servicio, entrega a tiempoproducto con calidad: buen material, resistente y ligero lo que debe tener una careta de cacher de la gran marca rawlings. De lo mejor en artículos de beisbol y ropa deportiva.

This has been my favorite mask to wear. It's super comfortable, fits perfectly over the shell and has aided in reducing the impact felt from foul tips to the mask. It's done it's job beautifully so far and I don't think you'd get a better mask at the price point. Fit it properly and get behind the plate. Great value at this price point.

The chin pads are very comfortable against the face and the strap to hold it in place is wide and sturdy. I also appreciated that the inside is painted black; I used another mask that was silver/gray on the inside and it was a bit distracting.

This mask isn’t light. I purchased 3 for a high school team. I wanted to use them for a specific drill. Its heavier than a lot of masks but says that in the description. If you want lighter it will cost you. I like it. I wouldn’t wantTo ump 3 or 4 games a day with it though.

Great fit, good visibility. Pads are very soft. A little heavy but not too noticeable after wearing it a little while.

Very good! I can wear it, my kids too, easy to adjust, heavy a little bit but more you wear it, more it fits well!

I returned this item and bought a different mask and I'm updating my review. If you have about $60, skip this and get the Diamond mask I've linked to below. Very worth it. You're going to be wearing this thing to protect your face, and if it's uncomfortable you're less likely to actually wear it.If you really just want an inexpensive mask that will protect your face while catching for your kid or something, this mask will do that. But here's the problem: it feels OK when you first put it on, but in actual use it's uncomfortable:- It is heavy, and sits on the front of your face, so that weight levers out to put more strain on your neck as you move your head around. I underestimated how important weight would be, even for 20-minute stretches.- The padding is vinyl and does not breathe or absorb moisture, so you end up with a sweaty wet chin. That is not a nice feeling. I umpired a game in this mask, in 60-degree weather, and had to wipe my chin every 2-3 pitches.- I could not make the straps create a good fit. It's supposed to be a little loose so the mask will move it a ball strikes it, but it just felt stupid. When I put on the Diamond mask (below) it felt perfect. YMMV.Bottom line: Many dads (and moms!) won't buy a mask until they come close to taking a ball on the chin. That was me. So this is a start towards protecting your mug. But if you think you might wear it more than a few times a year, I highly recommend a better, lighter mask like the Diamond. The difference is dramatic.
