The motor never sounded particularly healthy, but it ran, so I was pleased enough, but today after running for an hour or so, it won't re-start. It acts like it wants to but "just can't ".It's only got around 10 hours on it, but I'm just past my 30 day Amazon warranty and can't find a way to contact the seller for help.Nice paperweight, i guess.

I bought this as a replacement for a dead one in my Carvey. Good news is it's much quieter than my previous, at least based on my initial use; additionally it works. Bad news is the fan on top is wider than 52mm. Additionally the fan isn't removable (there's no clips, it's permanently on).In my case that meant it wouldn't work in my CNC. Luckily I had my old fan, a Dremel, so after a long time with the Dremel and a cutter I got it loose and replaced it.So far seems to be working.

Este producto lo compré para sustituir el del CNC que por un error lo rompí (primera foto), parecen exactamente iguales pero he de decir que el original es completo de metal ,este en cambio es de metal pero el fan superior es plástico con una capa de pintura simulando metal, supongo que por eso incluso suena menos que el original y eso es un punto positivo, pero también lo hace más frágil. Si miran la segunda foto con detalle notarás que tiene un desgaste amarillo, lo que pasó es que rozó con la manguera de la aspiradora y al ser plástico se gastó , por eso le doy 4 y no 5 estrellas.

This product is used on a CNC router did not like how noisy it is and how much vibration it has not very good at all

I bought this to replace the 300W spindle on my Fox Alien CNC after the original lost a bearing. This was a perfect fit and seems quieter than the original. You have to solder or crimp the wires since this doesn't come with the Fox Alien connector. I used male & female barrel lugs so it can be removed without cutting wires if need be. After a few months, it's still going strong.

the picture shows an 1/8" Collet, it comes with an 8mm Collet.
