As an avid turkey hunter I purchased this vest for my sister and am so far very impressed!The vest is jam packed with pouches and pockets of varying shapes and sizes.It also is very easily adjustable to many different weights shapes and sizes.I am 6'2" and 190 pounds and it fits me perfectly.The vest is made out of mid level materials and also has a rear cushion that makes sitting on the ground for three hours a more enjoyable experience.While the quality of this vest could be a little better and it has a few too many unspecified pockets for my liking, I would still recommend it as an affordable and durable vest.

The cushion is adequately padded and easily accessible it hangs down and can be detached as well but when you go it sit the cushion folds under for a seat and it's lightweight so hanging down while walking doesn't weigh you down.

Got this vest originally for Turkey hunting but because of its light weight and multiple pockets it works for hot fall deer hunts as well. Easy to carry everything you need for both Turkey and Deer, in my opinion. It is somewhat minimal for turkey depending on how much gear you want to take, but unless you are trekking a great distance should work well. The vest is light so in Texas its nice to keep you cool.The seat is cushioned well, and if you just want to leave it hooked up to lean against the tree is comfortable for additional cushion though the back already has a good amount, but also unlatching to sit on your rear works well as well. The clips work easy, but is a bit challenging to stow without taking off. Not necessarily a negative, just know before you get frustrated.The material isn’t the strongest in the world, but for the limited use it seems to be okay for now.. I suspect it will start to tear with more rugged use. Has a hydration pocket as well if you’re into that. Camo pattern and fabric for matching is okay but looks more like Bottom Land than mossy oak. Both blend in our area. Overall its an okay rig, but if I were hunting every week, not sure it will hold up more than a season. Again though I like it more for hot season deer than turkey, just take off the seat and roll.

So, I did not initially get this vest for turkey hunting specifically, although once I got it I could see why it is specific to that hunting activity with all the special pouches and accessories for carrying birds. I was planning to use this vest for deer hunting with my bow and I did not want to overload the pockets of my hunting clothes, but also didn't want to wear a big, bulky backpack. So, I decided that this vest will fit the bill nicely!The overall manufacturing quality of this vest is solid - I did not find any issues with the stitching or Molle webbing, the pockets, straps, etc. The material for the pockets is soft and silent, which is the key requirement for hunting, although I do question the durability if you are going through a lot of branches or rubbing against lots of trees. I think it will do just fine, but something to watch for.The fit is great - I am 6'2", 170 lbs, and have had backpacks that are either too tight or don't have enough straps to feel secure. This one is fully adjustable over the shoulders, across the chest and across the waist, and feels comfortable when wearing it. I think it's because it's not just all straps - there is enough padded material, but not too much that it's overbearing. The pockets do seem pretty specialized for turkey calls and such, but it will work very well for other types of hunting gear too. The big pocket on the back is just the right size to replace a small backpack for carrying various hunting gear that do not fit in the pockets. There is also a rather big open(ish) flap on the back - not sure what that is intended for or how/if I'll use it, but it doesn't get in the way. The Molle webbing on the sides also offers opportunities to attach other things, such as mosquito-repellent, belt clip, extra ammo pouches, etc., as needed.The cushion (or the seat) feels great too - it is very lightweight, clips and cinches to the vest easily to carry through the woods without dangling but yet loose enough to sit on it when needed. It's pretty thick and comfortable, and the bottom material is made of heavy-duty nylon that will stand up to rougher wear, while the top material feels the same as the vest pockets, which is nice. The camo pattern is excellent and looks like something in-between heavy green, summer forest and late fall bare trees. Overall, I highly recommend this vest. Even if you aren't specifically using it for turkey, it can serve as a good, lightweight hunting vest with a bonus. The seat pad is easily removable, so don't let it stop you from getting the vest.Bottom line:The UIIHUNT turkey hunting vest, initially bought for deer hunting with a bow, proved versatile and well-made. It offers ample storage, adjustable fit, and comfortable padding. While specialized for turkey hunting, it suits various hunting needs. Its durability might be a concern in rough terrain. The camo pattern is effective, and Molle webbing adds customization options. It's recommended as a lightweight and functional hunting vest, with the option to remove the seat pad.Pros:1. If you're looking for a turkey hunting vest then this unit has you covered. The vest 8s well built and has a ton of pockets for the types of accessories used in a turkey hunt. Of course this can be used for any type of hunting. The vest also has a built in seat for those long waiting periods. I'm very happy with this Turkey Hunt vest.

Overall the vest fit was adjustable to fit me 5’-11” 190 lbs. the pockets all seemed a little snug, but I beliebmve it was by design to keep calls silent while walking. Unfortunately the back seat strap ripped the cusion on first use. Overall the stitching looks good but in my opinion the rip was caused by a design flaw on that strap. I will add a strap looping through the seat and use tape to fix the rip.

I'm trying to figure out why spend $130-$200 on a Turkey vest! This thing is loaded and super comfortable. I am 280 lbs. Big Guy. I freaking love this thing. Simply put...ITS PERFECT!
