Works when you first make guacamole but then it doesn’t keep leftovers fresh and it got between the seal and lid, hard to clean.

I purchased this hoping it would keep my guacamole fresh. It worked perfectly. I always use 6 avocados so I want to keep it without browning. Unbelievable! You must put the guacamole in evenly, pressing down so there are no open areas on the bottom. Then you make sure you even the top of your guacamole and press the top down. Make sure it is down all the way, no spaces. It works perfectly. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought this a while ago and just now writing a review. I make fresh guacamole often and most of the time, we don’t finish eating it since I usually make a lot. I have been using this guacamole keeper for quite sometime and it never disappoints! I love that I can make a big batch of guacamole and keep it fresh in the fridge without turning brown for days. I highly recommend this product!

I made guacamole 8 days ago and used this for the first time. I put it in the fridge and forgot about it for 3 days. It looked perfect and tasted amazing. There was about half of the 3 avocado guac I made left. I rinsed the lid, especially the rubber rim gasket, used a silicone spatula to wipe down the sides. I piled it like a triangle with the majority in the middle so that the lid could press the guac down while removing the air. Put it in the fridge for another 5 days. Took it out tonight for dinner. It was again perfect. There was a tiny amount of browning where the gasket met the bowl. It didn't affect anything I spooned out all the guac except for the rim mark. It was as fresh as the day I made it, maybe better. The saver cleans easily and is one of the best things I've bought. I almost returned it because it was a bit large and I never make that much. So glad I kept it as it works for any size batch. Awesome product!!!!

I really like this product, it’s a great little invention. I didn’t find it difficult to clean like some reviews had mentioned. Maybe they didn’t look at the instructions. I followed them and it wasn’t difficult to clean. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is I noticed a tiny crack in the seal after my third use and I wonder if that will become an issue going forward. Time will tell.

This product works perfectly awesome, as described. I was able to keep my guacamole for almost a week. I did not give it five stars because as you can see from the picture when you go to clean it, guacamole is trapped between the plastic lid and the rubber seal. It turns brown and looks really gross and dirty. I just now sent a message to the company to see if they have a resolution for this. But it does keep your guacamole perfectly fresh and bright green. I was not paid for this or did I get a discount on this item.

Product is as described and pictured. Received with no damage, no cracks, chips, broken pieces. The bowl feels durable thick plastic with the press-fit seal feeling heavy and designed with functional rubber seal. For the price point, I feel it's of value.Besides avocado, it would keep other dips/sauces without the film skin sometimes that forms on the top. Unsure if seal will wear out with use but that will bear out as it's used.I've used this product with a couple of "experiments" - guacamole and tzatziki dip. Been satisified with the product keeping both fresh within the days stored.Guacamole had some brown spots but I think that was user error. With practive, I'll get all the air out for storing.Overall, this product was as advertised and with user practice, it'll perform optimally.

I was skeptical as the lid is really tricky to get on evenly, but figured it out and it definitely works. Little bit of browning at places the lid didn't push out air bubbles but kept the guacamole fresh for 4 days. Also nice you can make the guac in the bowl, less dishes to wash.
