Perfect size at 20". I didn't want the ones that come in 23" because I knew it would be heavier to clean and I am elderly. It's a pretty lightweight stainless steel tho, unsure if it's really 100% stainless, but if it stays cleaner than those not so great plastic ones they sell, then I've nailed it. I really like it, with the high lid too, my elderly female was peeing out the back of our other "no lid" box, now she pees inside and I don't have spills. She is a vertical pee-er, it's a condition, they cannot help themselves.The only thing I didn't love was the attaching feature of the top to the bottom. The plastic top attaching to the stainless bottom pan. It's not easy to do. They could have made some tabs or hinges, but to save money it is something else. Like a tab piece that snaps in place but it's hard for me. I am weak in my hands tho. My cat really seems to love the new box and many others sold are $79, this one is every bit as good as those, for only $46! I studied lots of them, as I prefer to not have to return large items. This box is perfect for my high peeing cat- the stainless steel is easier to clean and less smelly than plastic. I had been using a tall Rubbermaid storage container, and this is heaven!

I’ve been debating purchasing stainless steel litter boxes for 6+ months. I am so freaking happy! The difference in ODOR alone is amazing. We have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes in the laundry room. The boxes can have multiple uses in them each and I don’t even smell anything. I do recommend getting ones with the extended tops like this. I was constantly cleaning the room of litter. My hubs put the metal boxes in without the lid just to get it in there. They will get litter everywhere without the top part. It’s just a bit bigger than the regular boxes; which is fine bc one of them is a fat cat. I have a sensitive nose and with the plastic litter boxes, it would seep through that little cat door and I could smell it from the living room 12 feet away. I lost the plastic flap years ago. I have barely any litter to clean up now when it was a daily task before. The little litter bar in front that will catch the litter from their paws is great. Aesthetically pleasing and I’m happy with the value for the money. We don’t have to stop what we are doing and immediately scoop the box right after one dumps. Don’t forget to put the little anti-slip stick-ons on the bottom. Keeps the box from getting scratched or scratching your floor. I never thought I’d be excited over litter boxes. 🤦♀️

I'm so happy steel litter pans are available. I'm tired of cleaning plastic ones that stain & they do not come out clean. This pan is going to be so easy to keep clean me & my 4 cats are so excited. This is day 1 & I may update my review but my biggest regret, not checking sooner if steel litter pans were available.I think the scooper has a scooper holder it gets stored in. I used the bigger scooper holder as a tool to fill the litter box with litter & store the scooper in the holder.Highly recommend!

The stainless steel is amazing. It’s so superior to my old plastic litter box. So much easier to clean.

I wish someone would have told me about these sooner. I just got them yesterday, but my 3 cats already love them. No problem transitions from their old plastic boxes to these. So easy to clean. Nothing sticks. They are very sturdy stainless steel.
