I purchase and installed the switch in July of 2023. In Sept of 23 the switch no longer operated properly and it would no longer go on and off by it's timer. There is clearly a 1 yr warranty on this device, as stated in the documents that came with the device. I contacted the seller, via the Amazon Contact The Seller option. The seller responded and stated that it was Amazon's obligation to refund the cost of their broken item. Amazon states that they do not accept returns after 30 days. See where we are going here. To their credit, Amazon did refund the partial amount, less a restocking fee that I'm still making an argument over. They won't restock a broken item, I hope. Hence, no restocking occured, so why a fee for it? To be continued.

easy to install and pre programed times for the control of my outside house lights was perfect for my use. A great value at about $20.
