I would buy the brakes again without hesitation but would not buy them from JEGS. The set arrived missing one of the two rear rotors and pads. Initially jegs wanted me to return everything… 4 boxes… instead of just sending me the missing parts which seemed and still seems like the obvious solution. Instead they made me return the one rear rotor I did receive for a refund on that portion of the kit. After waiting a week they tried telling me that they couldn’t process a partial refund and I would have to send the entire kit back. This is after they told me to send the one part back. And after I already installed the front end parts! So after MUCH unnecessary stress they finally processed the refund and it was fine, but the process was painful. In summary, the parts get 5 stars and Jegs customer service gets a 0 so together I give it 3 stars. Buy the parts, just buy them separately instead of as a kit so that returns are easier (if necessary) and get them from a seller other than Jegs.

Excellent system, bought this to replace my OEM setup on my early '99 F250 4x4 and it bolted right in with no issues. Did a full brake fluid flush and now braking is much improved. Everything that was needed to do the swap was included with this kit, I highly recommend it. If you're looking at this you know the brakes on these trucks could use some improvement, so stop researching and order this, lol!

This is a very solid brake kit.This replaced the calipers, rotors (and rear rotor/drum combo) on my 1999 F-250 SuperDuty 4x4 diesel. The beastie weighs in at 8000lbs and is used to tow a trailer from time to time. It had two sticking calipers (one front, one rear) which had wrecked the associated rotors. The front ones had given me problems for a couple years and I finally tired of rebuilding them, deciding to just bite the bullet and get this kit. I wish I had done this a couple of years ago. Not only do they look great (I wish my rims were more open just so I could show them off) but they stop very well.These parts replaced the originals with perfect ease. No fitting problems whatsoever. Based on past experience with this truck and working on brake systems from other vehicles, I had budgeted two days (I always like a spare day in case of issues) but the job was completed in half a day. Everything went together better than I could have hoped. There is a break-in process that is spelled out precisely -follow it and you should have no issues with sticking or uneven braking.The picture I included is for the front passenger side.That old truck is used for heavier work and takes me off road on hunting trips. My newer daily driver gets better mileage and is a lighter-duty pickup. If its calipers ever need replacing, I'll use the same kit (well, the version for this truck). I am truly impressed.
