Study, beautiful design. The glass feels nicely thick, and it holds a good amount of liquid, enough for a couple cups of coffee. The wooden rim is removable so you can watch the filter basket, and it is rubber lined to help keep the basket still. The carafe handle is nice and firm and pours cleaning. The provided filters fit nicely. I really enjoy using this pour over set, I am considering taking it to work to use for my morning coffee!

People forget that a clean coffee maker is the cornerstone of brewing exceptional coffee. Other drip models require MONTHLY deep cleaning (e.g. vinegar solution through internal components) to keep making great tasting coffee. This little baby takes just seconds to clean, giving you an exceptional taste every brew. There are zero internal components to collect coffee residue, mineral deposits, or mold. I just use the funnel itself over my coffee mug daily. I reserve the sharing pot (and cleaning it) for company.By the way, it's also beautiful, has thick glass and came packed securely in 2 boxes.I don't find that it takes long to brew, but then again, I enjoy watching the bubbles and taking in the aroma. I think it takes about a minute. I was worried that the hole would be too big but it drips at the same speed as my old plastic pour over. Pour overs work best with medium or medium to coarse ground coffee. If you were travelling with it, just take just the funnel and the original box it came in (approx 5 x 5 x 4 inches). Since I, myself still have my old funnel, that's what I'll bring along.

I got this to slow the process of making coffee down. It is all too easy to fall into the trap of using Nespresso pods or instant coffee but sometimes, you just need to slow down and use some good quality beans to get a superior brewing experience TLDR, this does exactly that. The pot and pour over come with some filters include, this gives you everything bar the coffee beans and hot water needed to make a cup of coffee. The jug at the bottom is made of a type of thermo plastic, this means that it is light weight, can take a bump or two and also doesn't get super hot when filled with coffee. This is great as I don't want to be burning my hands but also it helps insulate the coffee inside which keeps it warmer for longer. The top is made of three pieces, the thermo plastic funnel, a rubber gasket and a wooden piece to balance it on top of the jug. The rubber seal does an excellent job of brining the wood and the funnel together and stops the coffee from leaking out. The whole unit when brewing sits sturdily in place. The coffee which comes out of this is excellent. The whole process is slowed down because of the way in which it is done. The pour over does does take two full funnels to fill the jug but this gives a good blend of intense coffee from the first pour and lower strength on the second pour. I tend to either mix this to get the best results. You can get 3-4 cups out of this quite easily.Overall, I am quite impressed by the level of detail that has gone into this. I went with the smoked one and it looks great when put on display. It is an excellent way of brewing coffee and I can highly recommend it! 5/5!

For months I've been looking for a nice drip coffee maker, and this set from Gocoffun greatly exceeds my expectations!I ordered the set in gray, and the deep tones of the borosilicate glass and wood look great together. The wood piece is inset with a rubber ring to hold the funnel in place. It feels sturdy, yet is easy to take apart for cleaning. The glass is cut in a stunning pattern that sparkles and shines when it catches the sunlight. Making coffee with this set could not be simpler, and has become a pleasure rather than a chore. I simply wipe it out after use and set it back on the shelf, because it resembles a piece of art more than a kitchen item. The included pack of unbleached paper filters was a bonus, and now I know what size to buy when they run out. The glass does not show coffee stains or affect taste like plastic or ceramic can. As with all glass items it is delicate, especially the handle, so take care. The pieces are packaged separately within the box to reduce risk of breakage, and the entire set is neatly presented. It would make a great gift, especially for a housewarming, a hostess gift, or for someone who appreciates functional items that are also beautiful.I really could not be happier with the Gocoffun! I highly recommend it without reservation.

This is an absolutely gorgeous pour-over coffee maker. Everything is smokey cut glass or wooden. Plus, it comes with brown paper filters. I've never tried pour-over-coffee before, but I have nearly every other type of coffee maker, so it was about time. You can fill the top with water 3 times before the bottom carafe is filled. The water goes through a lot quicker than I expected, so it doesn't extract nearly as much flavor, making a weaker coffee than ordinary drip coffee or a K-cup machine. But if you know that going in, it really is the perfect little pour-over coffee maker.

Au premier rincage à l'eau chaude la poignée en bas a fissuré et c'est désolidarisée du reste de la verseuse.... Peut-être pas eu de chance sur ce coup j'ai donc fait un retour.

I love making coffee with this pour over set. Part of the enjoyment for me comes from how beautiful this coffee maker is. The smoky colored glass and the quilted diamond pattern combine to create a striking piece of art for my kitchen counter. I also appreciate the durability of the borosilicate glass. And the ease and simplicity of making a great cup of coffee with this set is not to be underestimated. The bonus coffee filters are also greatly appreciated.

This pour over coffee maker is really pretty and you can't beat the clean taste you get from making coffee in glass. No aftertaste from plastics holding on to coffee, no leaching of plastics from heating them either. This has two pieces and comes with a pack of unbleached filters to get your started! The base is thinner glass than the pour over top portion and I wish it were just as thick, going to have to be careful. This is great for one person, two if you use smaller coffee cups. But this is beautiful, and I do recommend it.

The pour over coffee set looks very nice, and it works very well. The funnel sits firmly in the wooden disc, which has a silicone inner funnel to support it. The glass is fairly thin, and so doesn't keep it's heat very well, so the coffee needs to be poured into mugs fairly quickly. It makes a bit difference pre-heating the jug with a bit of of hot water too.The set comes with a pack of filter papers, which is really great. The set comes packaged in 2 small cube shaped boxes, with the funnel parts in on box, and the jug in the other, then the 2 boxes packed into a larger brown carboard box.
